What do we collect?
We collect your personal information and medical history to provide safe, effective care.
How is your information protected?
Your data is stored securely in two ways:

Electronically: Stored on a secure, password-protected system with access limited to clinical staff.

Paper records: Kept in locked storage onsite, only accessed by clinical staff. These files never leave the Centre unless legally required (e.g. by court order).
For home visits, notes are recorded in a temporary file and securely added to your official file upon return.
Your privacy and confidentiality are protected by law and are a priority in every aspect of our care.
